Terms of Service

VibeRecord is provided by Brian Glavine, a sole proprietor in Ontario, Canada ("we", "us"). When you use VibeRecord you are contracting with Brian Glavine. By creating an account or continuing to use VibeRecord you agree to these terms.

The service

VibeRecord lets you record narrated walkthroughs of apps you're testing and turns them into findings and change requests.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe and your information accurate. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be 16 or older, and have authority to bind your organization if you use VibeRecord for one.

Acceptable use

Your content

You own your recordings and findings. You give us a limited permission to store, process and display them only to run the service for you and the people you share with.

Our property

We own VibeRecord, its software, documentation and branding. We give you a limited, non-transferable right to use it within your plan.

AI suggestions

Findings are generated by AI and can be wrong. You are responsible for checking them and for having the rights to what you record. We may remove content or suspend accounts that misuse the AI features.

Plans and payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. See also our refund policy (30-day money-back guarantee).

Availability

We work hard to keep VibeRecord running, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Suspension and ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end access for a serious breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated violations. When an account ends, its data is deleted.

Liability

The service is provided "as is", without implied warranties, to the extent allowed by law. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses (like lost profits or data), and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
