Security & Trust
Your recordings often show apps that aren't public yet. We treat them that way.
Where your data lives
- Hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States (Virginia).
- Encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256).
- Recordings sit in private storage and are only shown through short-lived links.
Who can see your recordings
- Only you and the people you add to a project, as editor or viewer.
- Access is checked by the database on every request, not just hidden in the app.
- Our staff do not open customer recordings. If you ask us for help with a specific recording, we'll ask your permission first.
AI processing
- Narration and frames are sent to an AI provider only to create your findings.
- Recordings are never used to train AI models.
Retention and deletion
- Recordings are deleted automatically after 90 days (or 30 if you choose), and 30 days after every request in them is marked done.
- Download all your data, or delete your account and everything in it, from Settings at any time.
- An activity log shows who added, shared or deleted recordings.
Accounts
- Sign in with Apple, Google or email. Passwords are checked against known data breaches.
- Payments are handled by Paddle.com; we never see or store card numbers.
